SHIPPING POLICY

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

All orders are shipped promptly using UPS or USPS. Depending on your geographic location within the continental US, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 days after placing your order. International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days.

 

How do I track my order?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-7 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us at info@mijoydistribution.com and include your name and order number.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us via phone as soon as possible

(1-630-294-3495). 

Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return my order? 

We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund – including taxes, when returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the following:

  • Original receipt / Packing slip

  • Unused/Unworn

  • All original packaging

 

Used or opened merchandise can be returned for a store credit.

 

Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund/store credit to be issued up receipt by our returns department.

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used Candles

  • Clearance Items

  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (The entire set must be returned)

 

Email info@mijoydistribution.com and state your request. An address will be provided for you to ship the product back.

 

We prefer you ship items back via UPS. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
